Minds Matter Bay Area is hiring a Director of Programs to lead, manage, and scale our college access programs for driven students from low-income families. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing our program staff and volunteer-led teams across our San Francisco and San Jose sites.
Starting salary: $130,000 (clearly defined and non-negotiable, to promote equity and transparency). Start date: August 2026. Application deadline: July 1, 2026.
